Dragons, revered in Chinese culture, are symbols of strength and good fortune, infusing the year with an infectious energy of bravery and vibrancy. 1. purple air- comes from the east 2016 - A powerful red wine with silky tannins that captures the warmth and richness of the Year of the Dragon and impresses with its complex intensity. 2. Cabernet Sauvignon Blanc de Noir Helan Mountain 2021 - An elegant white wine with fruity flavours and a refreshing acidity structure that is the perfect accompaniment to festive dishes.
