Through passion and precision, he has transformed the “white Cabernet” into an international sensation, setting benchmarks for the future of winemaking. “When I started as Chief Winemaker at the Château in 2015, we only had Cabernet Sauvignon. It’s still here today, but for the European market, we urgently needed a white wine. So, I experimented with curiosity,” says Moser. The first year didn’t yield results, but in 2016, the first white Cabernet was born. A year later, the barrel-aging experiment also succeeded, and since then, demand has grown annually.
